Sara Siesco Thomas is a Plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death attorney. Her practice focuses on wrongful deaths, dog bites, major motorcycle/trucking/automobile/pedestrian collisions, premises liability, nursing home abuse, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice. Alongside her clients, Sara has successfully litigated many cases against individuals, major hospitals, large corporations, government entities, and insurance companies. During the litigation process, Sara is committed to educating and guiding her clients from start to finish with respect and empathy.
Sara is committed to serving the legal community through volunteer work. She has co-chaired the Ethics Seminar for the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association (2012 to 2019), has been a faculty member at the Maricopa County Bar’s Personal Injury Seminar Series, has presented on the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and was a moot court judge at the college national competitions. She is also a member of the AZ Women Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. She is honored to be peer-voted as a Southwest Super Lawyers® Rising Star (2014 to 2019), and a Personal Injury Super Lawyer® in 2022. She also served as an elected Governor for two terms on the Arizona State Bar Governing Board.
Born and raised in Arizona, Sara attended Xavier College Preparatory (Track and Field MVP, Cross Country’s Most Outstanding Runner, Four Year Varsity Letters, Outstanding Senior Athlete), the University of Arizona, and University of Kansas Law School. She has volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers Sisters, St. Vincent de Paul, the Junior League, and the Phoenix Art Museum. She is also an avid outdoorswoman and distance runner.
